3 Smart Strategies To The Moral Compass Values Based Leadership At Infosys IWPR in Paris Thursday The values underpinning social movements: accountability, independence, personal freedom, and dignity of the individual. As leaders who work on the social justice issues of our organization, we aim to assist those in the know and facilitate effective dialogue about these issues. The philosophy of this course focuses on building the capacity to move beyond discussions of “bad ideas” to develop tactics to mobilize the social-justice movement and to make all stakeholder engagement more productive (rather than reactive). The program looks at strategies by which this has a historical and strategic, parallel to the contemporary social-politics analysis of value-based leadership that is developing in politics. Participants will learn to become better global leaders by taking the strategic leadership experience in political and business to make strategic sense of issues and move from the present in the process. Our focus is not to build social movements that are “like” the policies adopted by authoritarian governments.
